Evening Office Hours

WMEMS will be available in the evenings to better assist you!

To provide better access to all providers in the region WMEMS will be holding evening open office hours on a regular basis. The Executive Director will be available to answer your questions and assist you. The first session will be on Monday 2/19/24 from 5pm-9pm.

Feel free to call the main office number 413-586-6065 ext #1, or enter the Zoom room for a video chat! We want to offer everyone as much individualized service as we can: if we don't answer the phone please leave a message and we'll call you right back. Parties entering the Zoom will be placed in a waiting room and brought in as soon as possible. Click here to enter the Zoom room.
