EMS Personnel Influenza & COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements

Mass DPH issued a memo on 11/27/23 outlining the influenza & COVID-19 vaccination requirements for EMS personnel along with the reporting and documentation parameters. WMEMS has created a sample-language document for EMS agencies to use for individuals who are declining/exempt from the vaccination requirement.
