Conflict of Interest Statement: The chairperson opened the meeting with a review of the conflict of interest statement. No one present had any conflicts to divulge for any items on the agenda

Minutes: April Minutes were reviewed and accepted as written. There was no meeting in May.

Welcome to Susan Gaughan, interim nurse manager from Cooley Dickinson Hospital.

Region One Trauma Triage:

The remainder of the meeting was spent discussing the current Region One Trauma Triage Plan with particular attention on the pediatric component. Changes were discussed and recommended. Please see Trauma Triage Plan, Draft 5, attached.

Agenda for next meeting:

1. Continue to work on Region One Trauma Triage Plan review all changes thus far.

2. Develop an Appendix section to the Plan to include definitions and rapid transport guidelines.
